The prize is a free food allergy education DVD for elementary students titled “Kyle Dine & Friends“. Valued at $25, the multilingual video (English, French, Spanish, and German) teaches kids aged 4-11 years about food allergies through the use of songs, puppets, games and more.
To submit your certificate of completion:
- Take the Anaphylaxis in Child Care Settings course at allergyaware.ca and download your certificate of completion.
- Send the downloaded PDF of your certificate along with your first and last name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to Food Allergy Canada at info@foodallergycanada.ca or by fax at 416-785-0458.
Remember to include your full mailing address, including unit numbers and postal codes, so we can send the free DVD to you. Only the first 25 people who respond to this offer will receive a DVD.
